Who buys from us in quantity
- Short-stay hosts and property managers. Matching sets for several apartments, with a spare pair of pillowcases per bed so a changeover does not wait on the wash.
- Hotels, motels and serviced apartments. Satin pillowcases as a room upgrade, or a sheet set for a suite, bought for a number of rooms at once.
- Hair and beauty salons. Satin pillowcases sold at the counter or given with a treatment, in the colours that suit the salon.
- Online resellers and gift shops. Repeat quantities of the colours that sell, quoted against a schedule you supply.
What a quote covers
- Quantity. The unit price moves with the number, so the number is the first thing to tell us.
- The mix. A quote across sizes and colours is usually better than several separate ones, because delivery works out differently for one consignment.
- Timing. Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days and then take up to 7 working days by tracked courier. If you need a large order by a date, say so at the quote stage and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
- Delivery. Included in the quote for the whole order, not added per line.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a trade price list?
No. Prices for quantity depend on the sets, the colours, the number and the delivery address, so every wholesale order is quoted on request. Use the form on this page or email theteam@satinsheets.au.
What can I order in quantity?
Any product on this site: satin sheet sets in queen or king, four or six piece, in five colours, and satin pillowcases in nine colours. Tell us the mix and we quote on it.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum. A wholesale quote makes sense once you need more than a handful of sets, or pillowcases for a number of rooms. For smaller orders, the shop prices and the free delivery over $99 usually work out best.
Where do you dispatch orders from?
From our own warehouse stock. Our team picks and packs each order and sends it by tracked courier.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days and then take up to 7 working days by tracked courier. A large order is quoted with its own lead time, so tell us if you need it by a date.
Is delivery included in a wholesale quote?
Yes. The quote covers delivery for the whole order to the postcode you give us, not a charge per line.
Can I return part of a wholesale order?
Returns on a quoted order are agreed in the quote, so ask before you order. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every order: if anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we repair, replace or refund it.
How do I pay for a wholesale order?
We send the quote by email with the payment details. Card payments go through Stripe or PayPal, the same secure checkout as the shop.
